Brexit & the Indian Variant

The current shitstorm partly stems from Brexit, specifically Johnson & his role in that ongoing omniclusterfuck.

Johnson fought on the side of leave because he calculated it advanced his chances of being PM.

Because of his promises (ie lies) + his total inability to read anything more demanding than the Beano, he fucked the country's trade up.

Because of that, he was desperate for a big trade deal with India to prove his rhetoric wasn't just hogwash.

Because of that, he kept India off the red list. Because he didn't want to upset Modi & ruin the deal.

Because of that, when finally bowed to the inevitable, he allowed people another 96 hours to come here.

Because of that, there was a rush of people coming from the sub-continent.

This is 100% his fault & stems from the man he was in 2016 & his unchanged nature since then.
