Is there a word for scrutiny-phobia?

Evading parliament (even illegally proroguing it once); banning lobby hacks from a briefing (prompting a walkout), refusing to appear on C4 News/Radio4 & now black-listing GMB because Piers Morgan because asks awkward questions - this government has a major phobia about scrutiny.
