Looks like Gove was guilty of spewing untruths again (the lies about not having enough 'reagentss' came as news to manufacturers of said chemicals.).

Like Johnson, he lead the referendum dominated by falsehoods; he was a shifty shit throughout the Maybot years; he peddled some grade 1 whoppers last December.  I reckon he's physically forgotten how to tell the truth!

Herd Immunity

I'm starting to think that PM Cumstain & his far-right eugenecist rabble had already decided to flog the NHS off to US 'heath' vultures & that's why they didn't bother stocking up on testing kits, ventilators, PPE etc.

It'd be a waste of tax-payers money ...

One unexpected side-effect of the crisis is that people are seeing that the Emperor is naked.  They can see front-line staff without PPE. They can see that tests aren't being done. They see through the bluster & slogans.  And Johnson's rabble are, understandably scared.

Trump & Covid-19

The Mango Mussolini has banned travel from the EU (but not UK or Ireland).

So what happens if somebody is coming from somewhere like, if say, Turkey or Egypt: if they change & fly to the US from Heathrow they'll fine but if their connecting flight is from Paris or Frankfurt they won't be allowed?

This is typical muddle-headed incompetence by the Trump administration.

In a way, it's no surprise that America's prize turnip has done this. It's too much for the feeble dotard to process. Ha can't divert the virus but he can fall back on lies, evasion and hate.

So far the Paprika Pustule has: cut the department supposed to oversee this sort of thing; contradicted his own health officials; claimed that there would be only 15 infections and then it would be zero; lied about a vaccine/cure coming soon; ignored warnings about shaking hands; ignored warnings about large gatherings; has variously blamed the Democrats, China and now the EU for the virus.

XR Trash Trinity Lawn

The lawn at Trinity was dug up br XR knobheads this week in an act of criminal damage and as Carina observed "In years to come, XR in Cambridge is going to be a case study in how *not* to do direct action."

People who, in general, agree with the aims of XR were NOT happy about this. And all the cockends saying "It's only a bit of grass/it'll grow back" - how would you like it if somebody came & fucked up your garden or the garden of your parents?
Pissing off people might make members of XR Cambridge feel better but it's lost them a shit-ton of support. Much like blocking tube trains did.


They then took the soil and dumped it in the foyer of Barclays. The next day they went to the Schlumberger building where they defaced the windows before gluing themselves to the building.


The police finally pulled their finger out (after apparently watching them do it & walking away!) and arrested some of the perpetrators a couple of days later (rather then stopping them at the fucking time).
