The pandemic won't be under control until May 2022 at the earliest.
2021 will see a series of spikes and lockdowns despite the vaccine.
Current restrictions wont ease until May & then there'll be another wave in the autumn as its discovered that masses of the population haven't been vaccinated. Not due to being ant-vax loons but because of official incompetence they just get missed totally.
Any pubs etc that survive lockdown 3 will get a few months over the summer to make a bit of money before they are shut again/
